Here’s How
Regional Coordinators
The Small Scale Meat Producers Association (SSMPA) regional coordinators play a vital role in fostering connections and support among local farmers and ranchers across British Columbia. These coordinators are representatives who facilitate communication between members, share valuable resources and information, and promote regional initiatives that benefit small-scale meat producers. They are well-versed in the unique challenges and opportunities present in their respective areas and work diligently to ensure that the voices of local producers are heard within the broader agricultural landscape.
Regional coordinators also organize workshops, seminars, and events to educate members on best practices, regulatory changes, and other relevant topics. To learn more, see our position description.
